The challenge
Florida APD/DCF group-home facilities ran medication and treatment forms on paper. Digitizing them meant handling protected health information correctly: constrained data movement, encryption, and an auditable record of every action, the bar that unlocks healthcare and public-sector work.
Our approach
Staff fill forms on any device with cloud sync; admins print completed forms and review a complete audit trail. The build centers on managed identity, secured Postgres, audit logging, and observability, with a HIPAA-aware data-movement posture that constrains which surfaces may touch PHI.
